A Day Led by Women
PromptTech marks Women's Day with a simple but meaningful shift
Nearly half of the team at PromptTech is made up of women, and this Women's Day, the company chose to mark that in a slightly different way. On this Women's Day, the office was run entirely by women. From everyday operations to key decisions, the team stepped in and handled the day on their own, while the rest of the team took a step back to make space for it. Work moved as it always does—meetings, discussions, quick problem-solving—but with a noticeable shift in who was at the center of it all.
"Providing opportunities and making space is the first step toward a more inclusive, diverse, and high-performing workplace where everyone leads with confidence."
What stood out wasn't just the change itself, but how naturally the day progressed. Teams adapted, collaborated, and carried on without disruption. By the end of the day, it wasn't about proving a point; it was simply a different way of working—one that offered a moment to observe, reflect, and recognize the many roles women already play within the workplace.
